Toby's 30 years' experience in live music soundtracks is second to none. In 2013, he was presented with the Pro Sound Award for Studio Engineer, following on from Broadcast Engineer of the Year 2012, and Studio Engineer 2011.

Toby has recorded many of the world's finest performers in every corner of the globe. He has been responsible for the BRIT Awards audio for the last 23 years, the annual MTV Europe Music Awards for 17 years, and the BBC Music Awards since its inception in 2014. He has produced TV and DVD soundtracks for countless pop and classical artists including Adele's "Live at the Royal Albert Hall" which rapidly became the highest-selling female artist DVD of all time, and is regularly called on to handle complex multi-artist live broadcasts and recordings such as the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Concert which was broadcast live to an estimated 1bn TV audience.

Toby produces and directs all types of media, and won the over-all Festival Award at Twickenham Film Festival 2013 for his short children's drama, "The Magick of Twickenham," which he wrote and directed. He has produced advertising and promo material for Microsoft, Intel, Williams F1, L'Oreal, Whyte & MacKay, Dalmore, Network Rail, Blackjack Promotions, Aecom and many other leading brands.

The single, "One World, One Song" with Dionne Warwick and Joe McElderry, released in May 2013 in support of The Hunger Project, was recorded and produced by Toby with musical director, Steve Sidwell.
